Women's Only Work Out

If you are ready to add some variety to your workout routine, then this workout class is for you! This class is designed to build strength and overall fitness. Not only will you get an amazing workout, you will enjoy the benefits of working out in a social setting, while getting away from treadmill boredom. We train in many different ways: Kettle bell, resistance training, dumbbells, circuits, stretching and much more. You have the ability to train a different way every class keeping your brain and body constantly challenged in new ways of moving and sequencing. Come and interact with others while moving to feel great! This class is for women only. There will be prenatal options given at all times.
