*For Caregivers 6 weeks-36 months Postpartum
Do you want to get back into working out again? This postpartum-safe class is perfect for you! Bring your child to join in on the fun. We will use light resistance bands, your child (as a weight), and many more postpartum appropriate exercises. Come work out with other caregivers and babies (36 months and younger) in a safe environment with qualified instructors.
*No Carrier needed for this class, however if you prefer carriers they are welcome
*Participants can join at any time in the session
