WORK OUT WITH ME! POSTNATAL

Are you eager to return to exercise after giving birth but not ready to leave your little one behind? If you answered “YES!” then “Workout with Me!” is perfect for you! Bring your baby or child (older siblings are welcome) to join in on the fun during our postnatal workout.  Tired of boring work out routines?  In “Workout with Me!”, each class offers new ways to train, keeping your mind and body engaged with diverse movements and sequencing.  We’ll incorporate resistance bands, dumbbells, your child as a weight, circuits, and many more postpartum-appropriate exercises to keep things fresh and exciting!

Join other caregivers and babies (36 months and younger) in a safe, supportive environment led by qualified instructors. Each class is filled with opportunities to socialize and connect with other caregivers.

*No baby carrier is required for this class, but if you prefer to use one, feel free to bring it along!

Note: You can join at any time during the session if you’re waiting for medical clearance. Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to participate.
