We Move SK Terms & Conditions

Please read the following policies carefully before registering.

Business

  • We Move SK is a registered business operating in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada.
  • We Move SK reserves the right to change instructors, class times, class locations, and class descriptions at any time without notice.
  • We Move SK reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • We Move SK is not responsible for lost or stolen items on the premises.
  • We Move SK reserves the right to use any photos or videos taken at the studio for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please notify your instructor prior to class.
  • All participants must complete a waiver prior to participating in any We Move SK class, camp, or event.

Registration

  • All participants must be registered and paid in full prior to attending any We Move SK class, camp, or event.
  • We Move SK reserves the right to remove any participant from a class if full payment has not been received.
  • We Move SK reserves the right to cancel any class if the minimum number of participants enrolled is not met.
  • Class sizes are limited. Registration does not guarantee a spot until payment is received in full.
  • We Move SK is not responsible for any technical issues that may occur during the online registration process.

Refunds

  • We Move SK reserves the right to cancel any class if classes do not meet the minimum number of participants enrolled. We Move SK will provide options to move your enrollment or issue you a refund for the canceled classes.
  • We Move SK reserves the right to cancel any class at any time to maintain the health and safety of participants, staff, and visitors. We Move SK will provide online classes, where possible, to participants registered within the canceled class only.
  • Participants who wish to cancel a quarterly enrolment more than 30 days prior to the enrolment start date (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall) will incur a $25+TAX administration fee. The participant will receive the remainder of the balance as a credit on their account to use for up to six months from the cancellation date for the originally enrolled participant only. Refunds will not be issued, however, the originally booked participant has the option to move to a class of lesser or equal value in the same term and avoid all fees.
  • Participants who wish to cancel a quarterly enrolment less than 30 days prior to the enrolment start date (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall) will incur 50% of full enrolment fees and a $25+TAX administration fee. The participant will receive the remainder of the balance as a credit on their account to use for up to six months from the cancellation date for the originally enrolled participant only. Refunds will not be issued, however, the originally booked participant has the option to move to a class of lesser or equal value in the same term and avoid all fees.
  • Participants who wish to cancel a quarterly enrolment less than 14 days prior to the enrolment start date (Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall) will receive no refunds or credits. Refunds will not be issued, however, the originally booked participant has the option to move to a class of lesser or equal value in the same term and avoid all fees.
  • 3 for $19 Intro Pack: All intro packs and classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. No make up classes permitted. No carry over classes for any reason.
  • 10 for $99 Intro Pack: All intro packs and classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. No make up classes permitted. No carry over classes for any reason.
  • No Shows. If you book a class reservation and do not show up without cancelling prior to the reservation, neither a refund nor a credit will be provided.
  • Late Attendance Policy: Studio entrances will be locked promptly during class times for the security and safety of our staff, clients, and personal belongings. If you arrive late for a class and the studio door is locked, please call or text (306) 250-7885 to let the instructor know you have arrived at the studio. Our instructor will do their best to open the door and admit you in a timely fashion, however, it may be difficult to provide immediate assistance depending on the nature of the class. Refunds will not be given for a missed class due to a late arrival.

Camps + Events

  • We Move reserves the right to cancel any camp if the camp does not meet the minimum number of participants enrolled. We Move will issue you a full refund for the cancelled classes.
  • No refunds or carry over credits for missed camp days.
  • If the participant cancels the registration MORE than 30 days prior to the first day of camp they will incur a 50% cancellation fee and $20+TAX administration fee. The participant will receive the remainder of the balance as a credit on the participants account for up to 6 months after the cancelation date for, We Move class enrolments only. Refunds will not be issued.
  • No refunds or credits will be issued if the participant cancels the registration less than 14 days prior to the first day of camp. Only extreme emergencies or circumstances may permit an adjustment.
  • If you reserve a camp and don't show up without canceling your reservation, neither a refund nor a credit will be provided.
  • Any camp paid with a split payment must be paid in full one week prior to the first day of camp.
  • Camps cannot be transferred for any reason unless cancelled by We Move SK.
