Summer is officially here!

That means the We Move summer session is starting soon. Our summer session will run for 6 weeks, starting July 7thand finishing August 17th.

The summer session is a great opportunity to try out a class you’re unfamiliar with! Here’s a breakdown of classes being offered this summer:

Music Together®: A parent/child music and movement-based class involving old favourites, new tunes, instruments, and more!

Ballet/Jazz: A combination dance class teaching the basic techniques of these two dance styles.

Move with Me: A dance-based cardio class with baby in a carrier! Must be at least 6 weeks post-partum.

Work Out with Me: A boot-camp style fitness class for mommy and baby. Must be at least 6 weeks post-partum.

Zumba®: A dance workout class featuring a fusion of Latin and International music.

PiYo® Live: A blend of yoga and pilates set to your favourite hits!

Pound®: Rock out to the beat with a pair of Ripstix® (provided by the studio) during this sweat session.

Conditioning: A different class each week, whether it’s using weights, elastic bands, benches or bodyweight.

At We Move we are very flexible about making up missed classes! If you sign up for the 6-week session and end up missing a class, you can make it up at another class time of the same genre or different genre .
