You will bond with your baby from the very beginning of your journey together through the practice of prenatal yoga. During class you will also have the opportunity to connect to a community of mothers. This class will help your body stay strong, flexible and supple. Class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. All fitness levels are welcome. No yoga experience is needed.
If you are due before the end of the session, no worries! All unused classes carry over to Postnatal Fitness once baby has arrived. Simply email in and tell us your due date.
*You must provide own yoga mat. Feel free to bring any yoga props.
