EARLY DUE DATE?!?! No problem, all unused classes carry over to Postnatal Fitness once baby has arrived. Simply email in once baby has arrived and we will pause your classes from that date forward.
Bond with your baby from the very beginning of your journey together through the prenatal yoga. During class you will have the opportunity to connect to a community of mothers. This class will help your body stay strong, flexible and supple. Class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy. All fitness levels are welcome. Clients can join at any time in the session. No yoga experience needed. You must provide own yoga mat. Feel free to bring any yoga props.
