Non – Parented Studio Policy:

To help us create a safe, smooth, and enjoyable experience for all participants, please review the following guidelines carefully.

✅ Participant Requirements

• • Children must be fully potty trained

  • Child’s Health Card Number is required

🎒 What Your Child Will Need:

• • Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing suitable for movement

  • Clean indoor shoes

  • A labeled water bottle

  • Health card (if possible, please email a copy in advance to avoid misplacing it)

  • A completed participant profile

🚪 Drop-Off Policy

• • Studio doors will open 15 minutes before the class start time.

  • A staff member will greet children at the door and welcome them inside.

  • Guardians are not permitted to enter the studio with their child. We kindly ask that you say your goodbyes at the door, as additional adults in the studio can create unnecessary stress and distraction for other children.

  • Children will be supervised and engaged in safe activities until class begins.

🚗 Pick-Up Policy (for students aged 16 and under)

• • Studio doors will open 10 minutes before class ends.

  • Guardians should wait outside the studio entrance.

  • Children will remain inside until their guardian arrives.

  • Our team will bring each child to the door once their guardian is visible.

Alternate Pick-Up Procedure:

• • If someone other than the emergency contact listed in your profile will be picking up your child, please email us at info@wemovesk.com at least 30 minutes before class starts.

  • If this person is not listed in your online profile, we will contact your emergency contact to confirm authorization before releasing the child.
