What inspired me to teach?
I have always known that I want to spend my time doing something meaningful. Teaching at We Move allows me to use my skills in music, movement, and dance to help others reach their goals. It is always inspiring to see clients improving in my classes!
Why do I teach?
I enjoy teaching because it gives me the opportunity to be a positive force in a client’s day. Anyone can come to the studio, no matter what kind of day they have been having, and leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the rest of the day, week, or year!
What do I teach?
For adults, you can find me teaching POUND® Rockout Workout, Kettlebell, K08 and Conditioning! For the littles, I teach Music Together® and Ballet/Jazz!
Fun Fact
I sneeze when the sun comes out!
