What inspired me to teach?
As a blue-collar construction worker, I’ve experienced firsthand how physically demanding jobs can take a serious toll on the body. Years of hard labor, static positions, and improper movement patterns have left me dealing with injuries and a declining quality of life. This pushed me to dive deeper into fitness and corrective exercise—not just for myself, but to help others in similar situations. I want to give people the tools to rebuild strength, improve mobility, and regain the quality of life they’ve lost after years of wear and tear.
Why do I teach?
Working on yourself is important, but there’s something powerful about a group setting—where people can learn from each other, push their limits, and grow together. I teach because I know firsthand how much movement can change lives. Sharing what I’ve learned and helping others move better, feel stronger, and take control of their bodies is something I’m passionate about. Seeing people regain their confidence and quality of life makes it all worth it.
What do I teach?
I will be teaching KO8 and Conditoning
Fun Fact
People are always surprised by this, given my vibe—but I’ve been fully plant-based since 2020.
