What inspired me to teach?

The inspiration behind teaching for me is sharing information. It’s not necessarily to teach someone something, but that I often get to learn a lot from others while teaching, and I love that.

Why do I teach?

I teach because I’m passionate about supporting new Moms and families. I don’t think there is enough emphasis put on making your health and wellbeing a priority after birth, and I hope to help change that.

What do I teach?

Postpartum support groups!

Fun Fact

I’ve never met a nacho I didn’t like, and I embarrassingly really enjoy science/nerdy puns.
