This gentle class emphasizes relaxation, breath, and focus to balance out your energy during the day and find a deeper stretch in your body. Poses are supported by props and body weight to stretch and strengthen joints, ligaments, and fascia, as well as muscles. At the end of the day, this a great way to wind down, improve mobility, and prepare for a good night’s sleep!
