YOGA ALL LEVELS

This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you have a developed yoga practise or are brand new, this class is for you. Yoga combines breath with movement to promote body awareness and relaxation. Poses are sequenced to increase strength, flexibility, and range of motion to balance out your daily activities. Alignment cues and adjustments will be offered throughout class as you work to improve your overall health and wellbeing.
Please bring your own yoga mat.
