OLDER ADULT CONDITIONING

Geared towards older adults or those who want a low-impact workout, this class will add variety to your routine by presenting a different workout each week. Modifications are provided for all moves, including chair modifications for those who require a seat while working out. The goal of this class is to improve strength, balance, flexibility, and overall fitness.
